The experience at Hotel Bellevue Palace was truly impressive. We were welcomed by the General Manager of the hotel at check-in and all the staff members were very welcoming and friendly.
The location of the hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the Bern Banhof and centrally situated in the city of Bern. The room was spacious with a small balcony, a powder room, and a bathroom. The work desk also had its own power sockets compatible with various plugs from all over the world.
Checkout was smooth and easy and the front desk staff (I believe it was Paula) offered to help us to load our bags to our car and gave us a bottle of water for the journey.
The experience was truly 5 stars and is well worth the cost.

This hotel is a true five-star with spotless service. The hotel is literally right next to the Federal Palace, seat of the Swiss government. The hotel is also right in the historical centre of Berne, a city that, being Swiss, I recommend especially to foreigners to visit. The hotel has a valet service but you can park at the ‘****** Parking’, which is next to the hotel. The staff is impeccable: from the receptionist to the lobby bar waiters everyone is always very smiling and willing to help with any request. A positive aspect of Berne, like Geneva, Is that hotel guests receive a voucher to use public transport. I had booked through Leading Hotel of the World and got an upgrade to a Deluxe room with a view of the river Aare. A simply fantastic room. Although renovated, the room, like the rest of the hotel, shows the legacies of the Belle Epoque days.The bed was very comfortable and I found for the first time in my life a pair of binoculars in the room...provided for viewing the Bernese Oberland Alps. The breakfast with excellent quality products and the possibility to order additional dishes alongside the buffet. Certainly, the hotel is not cheap but I found to be in Switzerland in such a location has a very reasonable price. Absolutely recommended!!!

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, im Hotel Bellevue Palace in Bern zu übernachten, und unsere Erfahrung war einfach herausragend. An erster Stelle möchten wir den Concierge-Mitarbeiter Aristotelis Tellos loben, dessen Freundlichkeit, Herzlichkeit, Professionalität und Leidenschaft für das Wohl der Gäste unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen haben. Aristotelis verdient zweifellos eine Goldmedaille in Gästeexzellenz. 🥇🏆 Das Frühstücksbuffet war erstklassig und das Abendessen im Noumi Restaurant war ein kulinarisches Highlight. Besonders beeindruckend war die Fürsorge für die jüngsten Gäste, die den Abend zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis für die ganze Familie machte. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Bellevue Palace ein unvergleichliches Erlebnis, und wir freuen uns schon darauf, bald wiederzukommen.

Ikonisches 5 Sterne-Hotel, absolute Top-Qualität in jeder Hinsicht, Stil und Luxus in nur noch seltener Reinform – so viele Details sind nennenswert, z.B. die eigene klassische Bar, Tea time im Salon, und die Terrasse mit perfektem Ausblick

Great Hotel in Bern. Centrally located, extraordinary staff. Felt welcomed frim the first to last minute of my 4 night stay. Great lobby bar for Gin enthusiasts. The views from the terrasse are spectacular. Nicely furbished and updated room.
