The hotel is fully self-service for check-in and check-out. You can use your mobile phone to remotely open the room door and hotel door. The hotel room is too small to fit your suitcase. There is a shared room where you can cook.

The location is so good. It is close to the train station and has excellent accessibility to the old town tourist attractions. There is also a large supermarket right in front. The facilities are very clean, and check-in and check-out can be done via mobile, and mobile keys are very convenient. The staff are also very friendly!!

I made a reservation without knowing if the hotel allowed self-catering, but it was great to be able to cook in the common space on the first floor. Delicious coffee is available for free, there is a water purifier, and you can drink cocoa and various teas. There were also simple ingredients such as salt and oil. It was a really fun time, buying food at the coop, eating it, and drinking tea in an open space. Fruit is also provided. (Sometimes it isn't there) Anyway, for the expensive Swiss prices... I think a hotel of this quality is very good. (The room is small and not very nice. We were on the second floor, so... but the bed was soft and nice. The bedding was also) If I checked in online in advance, received a Bern transportation pass, and registered it on the transportation app (I can't remember the name), I could use it for 52 hours (I'm not sure) for a 2-night stay. I recommend it.. ~ Excellent value for money.!!!!

The hotel is a new element. When I checked in on the first day, I encountered trouble. I had to fill in a lot of personal information online and apply for a credit card, which caused dissatisfaction. One of the front desk staff had a bad attitude and told us that we could check out if we were not satisfied. But after checking in, I found that the room is very clean, the sound insulation is very good, and all kinds of supplies are simple and foldable. The most important thing is that there is 24-hour free coffee at the front desk. It's a very good check-in experience

Interessantes Konzept ohne Reception. Dennoch sehr gemütlich. Modern und sauber. Toller Aufenthaltsraum und Dachterasse. Perfekte Location mitten in der Stadt, dennoch ruhig. Komme sicher wieder!
