何か壊れてるとか不便とかはないです。

The hotel staff are friendly and always smile, the room is neat and clean, the trash can in the room is large and very convenient, and the transportation is convenient. The hotel is only 6 minutes away from the train station.

We can only say good things about this comfortable hotel, excellently located 100 meters from the station and 200 meters from the historic center of the beautiful city of Bern. The room is clean and comfortable (if we really want to find the classic nitpick, small in size), well soundproofed, equipped with instructions for regulating the room temperature, water kettle with sachets for coffee and tea and two small bottles of water (one still and one sparkling) FREE (sorry for the nature, but we are in Switzerland and water here costs....). I forgot, you can even find a large umbrella (you never know...). Excellent breakfast served in a large and bright environment. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Last but not least, the price: excellent in relation to the quality offered and absolutely competitive.
