The hotel is conveniently located 5 mins walk from the main train station. Friendly staffs and enjoyed the free welcome drinks and ice cream. Hotels can provide free public transportation pass during stay

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Coffee and tea is provided free to hotel guest all day which is a plus point to consider especially during the winter time.

Liked the location of the hotel. However, we had booked it for a/c but the air conditioning was not working in any of the 3 rooms we had so it was very disappointing. Extremely hot and uncomfortable at night.

A fantastic location. The hotel is walking distance from the train. It is also close to all of the major attractions, but quiet at night. Clean rooms with a good shower and the staff were kind. I would stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, eine Nacht mit Freunden auf der Durchreise im Hotel Bären in Bern zu verbringen und kann nur sagen, dass es auf der ganzen Linie toll war. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen und das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal – mitten im Herzen von Bern, sodass wir viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Besonders gefallen hat mir das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet am Morgen, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Ein weiteres Highlight war die ruhige A**osphäre im Hotel, die uns eine erholsame Nacht bescherte. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Bären hervorragend und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine komfortable und zentrale Unterkunft in Bern suchen!
