由於前台不是24小時在，所以晚上的入住可能有點麻煩。酒店設施齊全，地下有自助洗衣房，門口就是一家ALDI窮鬼超市，對自己做飯的小夥伴友好。

公寓真的特別好！自助入住和離店，但是設施很齊全，房間很大，可以自己做飯，有免費的咖啡茶飲，陽台景觀很好，非常滿意，未及時拍照片，但是很推薦！

トイレ、シャワールーム共に清潔であり、全体的に部屋も綺麗なのでとても満足でした。キッチンもあったので近くで徒歩1分のスーパーで食料を買って料理もできたので良かったです。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

去到酒店是八點之後，已經沒有工作人員協助check-in，原來這個有點像自助公寓，不是酒店，最後大約差不多到晚上11點，期間有一個德國籍遊客很熱心幫助打電話與酒店聯絡用德文溝通他們的語言，讓他們知道後，我在透過trip員工幫忙，直接用Trip與酒店聯絡，才讓我上房，因為他們check-in都是自助的，要交稅項給酒店職員，才會完成check-in，但酒店是沒有員工了，所以一直想交錢都沒有辦法辦到check-in， 10分可怕的體驗，酒店衛生環境很一般，廚房很多污漬，去不了水，竟然有蒼蠅，傳說中的電水壺最安裝，我見證過了，這是到瑞士的第一晚，體驗很差，地點方面，位於高速公路附近，所以離市中心很遠，也不建議，停車場沒有職員，是不會開門的，幸好就是那個德國遊客，它有提早入住，可以控制到停車場門口，第二天早上，早上是沒有熱水的，幸好昨晚有沖涼洗頭，早上終於見到員工了，員工是很親切有禮貌的，不過酒店太自助了，衛生環境也很一般，體驗太差。不過感謝Trip.com凌晨五點也有線上員工協助，也超級有耐性，10分感謝他們，trip的線上電話熱線真的沒得輸，太方便。
另外特別要說，設施是很好的，都是付費，有自助咖啡和飲用機等等，不過也值得一提的是，一支水2 CHF，但機器會扣信用卡20CHF，聲稱稍後會退回，因為這部小賣機，不是食物掉下來的，是打開門隨便拿的，所以會收取一個更大的金額，但已經三天了，錢還沒有退。
