We just spent the weekend at the Bratislava Hilton Doubletree Hotel because we were attending a wedding in a small border village in Austria which was a 20 minute drive away. I did not know the best way to get there and return to the hotel late at night so I inquired at the front desk if the taxi service, "Bolt" would be able to take us. Lubica explained that since it was a small village it would probably be best to arrange to have a car take us and then pick us up at a pre-designated time. She proactively offered to arrange this for us and after I agreed with a large feeling of relief, she proceeded to do so. After making the arrangements, she gave me a business card with the phone number of the car service on it, in case we needed to call. I then asked the best way to get to the Vienna airport the next day and she helped us arrange a car service for that as well. Most importantly, both the car service to the small village wedding and the car service early in the morning to the airport came right on time and provided excellent service. We actually had to call the car service that brought us to the small village because the wedding ended earlier than we had anticipated. Even though it was late at night, they answered the phone right away and picked us up in exactly 20 minutes which was how long it took them to drive to us, if they had left immediately. Lubica stayed in touch with us every step of the way when making the arrangements to ensure everything went smoothly. She answered all my questions and concerns both in person and on the phone later, with patience and an upbeat attitude. I can not express my heartfelt appreciation enough for her attentive and outstanding service. As an older couple in a foreign land, we felt secure and well taken care of. Hilton management, if you are reading this, please give Lubica a raise!!
