It's worth noting that Kriztina's demeanor at the reception was less than pleasant. On a positive note, Nadaa, who I recall working the night shift, was incredibly kind and helpful. I would highly recommend having such a warm individual handle customer interactions during the day. For a more detailed review, I will share my feedback on another platform."

We were also pleasantly surprised by the hotel restaurant, which offered delicious food. The menu was rich, with both healthy and traditional options to choose from. Every dish we tried was fresh and tasty. Overall, it’s a place where you can truly unwind in a pleasant setting with really good service. We’d be happy to return."

"We loved our stay at this hotel near Bratislava. The quiet location provided a relaxing atmosphere, while still being within easy reach of the Slovakian capital. The free, spacious parking is particularly noteworthy – a real plus for those traveling by car! Our large, modern room was clean, cozy, and offered plenty of space to relax. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had good pressure – just what we needed after a long day. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, whether at check-in or with questions about excursions. The breakfast was plentiful and prepared with fresh ingredients – a great start to the day!"

"The hotel room was 4 rooms, very large bedroom, bathroom, a living area room with full kitchen and second large bathroom Only reason not 5 stars is the hotel is on a street where teams run until 11pm. It did not impact our sleep at all, and we would stay there again Stayed for 4 nights in heat of summer, checkin was efficient , elevator to rooms. Loved the space, full team and coffee, fridge and freezer, lots of storage space . Breakfast from 7 to 10 was good with staff to make latte etc. Hotel arranged car to airport which was only 20 min ride at 730am Ten min easy walk from main Resteraunt and tourist areas . Tram system very easy to use. Bratislava was a calmer location than Budapest and Vienna. Overall very happy with our stay"

"It takes 15 minutes to walk from the bus station. The hotel looks somewhere between classic and modern. The corridor layout and elevator style are refreshing. The booking says 8 square meters, but it feels much more than that. A very large bed doesn't feel crowded. There is air conditioning, which is the first time I have seen it during this trip to the five Central European countries. Although there is no bottled water, there is a kettle. The shower room is the largest I have seen in a 3-star hotel, and the water is particularly smooth."
