KKellen YOverview: nice and super big rooms!
Location: centrally located, 10-15 mins walking distance to most attractions like Bratislava Castle, Old Town Hall, Michael’s Gate etc, tram stations just within 2 mins away!
Breakfast: good choice, particularly impressed when they extended the ending time by 10 mins on a Sunday as there were a lot of new guests the night before who might not have been aware of the ending time!
Service: nice and friendly staff!
Cleanliness: spotless from what I can see which is nice!
Rooms: I thought I was staying in a flat for a second, super big and roomy, with sofa, a separate living area, impressive!
Facilities: good gym, but the sauna costs a bit which is unexpected (and rare, consider it is a decent 4*…) so didn’t use it, and the lobby was a bit dim when I checked in at night, but not a major issue.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and it's conveniently located with the Danube River behind it and a shopping mall next door. The surrounding area has excellent amenities, making dining and sightseeing very convenient.

AAlmudena DRVery friendly staff, always with a smile and ready to solve any problem. The mattress is very soft. The room had a work desk and an armchair to relax in with a small table. Something we really liked was that there were Christmas cookies as a gift, and they also offered a kettle with tea and coffee. Another positive point was that at breakfast you can ask for hot meals such as eggs or sausages to be made to order.

BBennyI didn't know it was a Starwood hotel when I booked, so the quality was still guaranteed! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was very rich and very satisfied! The only downside is that it is a bit far from the old town, but it is good to walk along the Danube for more than 10 minutes!

I highly recommend the sauna in the hotel, and the breakfast is great. The location is also good, with walking distance to the main tourist places. There is a bus that goes to the airport directly. The receptionist is very friendly!
I wound stay again when I visit Bratislava next time.

__IlluminateVery good, standard AC (Accommodation & Travel) level, worth the price. I contacted the hotel in advance about my birthday, and they gave me a small cake. The location is excellent; attractions are within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

GGuest UserIt was not bad, but it is unshameless to require 25€ per day for a 3kg dog. Have paid in higher quality hotels up to now only 10-15€ per day.
Maybe the hotel manager should consider something for the future.
