Personeel was vriendelijk. Ontbijt goed. Verder was de inrichting nogal gedateerd. Het hotel werd nu wel gerenoveerd. Beide liften werkten niet, alle 11 dagen dat ik hier was. De bar was stil, maar de bardame maakte lekkere cocktails voor ons.

Hôtel avec de grandes chambres, un accueil très chaleureux et un restaurant exemplaire. Les plats qui y sont cuisinés sont vraiment délicieux !

Pas de boisson de bienvenue statut gold. Hôtel qui a besoin d’être fermé pour rénovation, crasseux et à la limite de la salubrité. Cuvette de WC douteuse. Papier toilette entamé et pas net. Joints de salle de bain noircis. Peinture écaillée. Pas assez de prises de courant pour recharger les appareils. Un ascenseur en panne. Etc… Et au moment du check out, petits déjeuners factures alors que non commandes et non pris. Heureusement que vu le désastre j’étais vigilant. A vous dégoûter d’être un client fidèle du groupe Accor , qui, je trouve, permet en ce moment trop de laisser aller chez ses franchisés.

Cet hôtel ne mérite plus l’enseigne Mercure. Il est vieillot et mal entretenu. Les chambres sont grandes et le mobilier date des années 60 et la moquette est d’époque. Quant à la salle de bains elle est dans son jus. Pas de savon au lavabo il faut tendre le bras pour attraper du gel douche. Le sèche cheveux est un très ancien modèle. Les toilettes sont propres, certes mais la cuvette est couverte de traces jaune verdâtres de tartre. Et je ne parle pas du rideau de la douche. .. Seul le lit est confortable En résumé il faut en urgence engager des travaux pour mettre cet hotel’ aux normes du groupe Accor

Quand on réserve dans un mercure on s attend à un truc sympa. Le cadre est resté dans les années 70, plus gênant une espèce de boîte de nuit qui ressemble à une petite maison rend la nuit très bruyante vers 4h-5h du matin et l isolation phonique est catastrophique alors que nous étions au 6 ieme étage … pour finir une personne tapait à la porte de son conjoint pour qu il ouvre la porte. Je l invite à demander une carte à la réception qui selon ses dires a refusé de lui faire un double…… La réception m a dit qu elle allait me faire un geste de 50€ pour me dédommager … en réalité on m a retirer les petits déjeuner que je n ai pas pris donc il faut parler de 20€ de geste pas 50€. A éviter à tout prix ! Plus jamais !

Room was large, clean, bed comfy, only concern I had was a health and safety issue, the window in our room on the 7th floor was large and opened all the way (I do have a photo), very concerned about the safety aspect of this, especially if children use that room.
