There was black mold in the bathroom. The smell of smoke permeated the hallway and room. There was broken furniture in the room. Even within 15 minutes in the room my friend and I began to feel I’ll from the mold. When I explained that it was an unsafe place for us to stay (especially with my asthma) the manager tried to gaslight me into believing the mold was fine until I told him that I am a nurse. When I demand to speak with the manager he only called him after multiple excuses and then hung up before anything was finalized. When I asked to speak with the manager in person the next morning (as we were going to stay at a different hotel) he would not give me a firm time of when he would be available. In the end the desk clerk threatened me with physical removal by his bouncer. The website that I booked the hotel through (Hooper) has been thoroughly unhelpful, and in the end has offered only a 15% refund voucher and said that I need to call the hotel. This property is not safe and should be avoided at all costs.

Room too small, Broken Toilet seat, we were 3 adults,towels only for one.,Blankets for 2 persons only and we are 3. no shower door.the third bed is for a child not for an adult,

Маленькие старые и ужасно грязные номера. Заселили сначала в один, невозможно находиться от вони, везде пятна. Предложили другой номер взамен, не так сильно пахло канализацией, но чистотой не блистал. Фото не соответствуют действительности.

The location of the hotel is more than amazing, the staff were really nice. It is not a 5 stars hotel but for the money paid and the great location all is good. The breakfast is not an open buffet but the area is so cool! Thanks to the lovely staff who made our stay less hectic as we were afraid from the reviews, especially Mr. Karim.

Hotel situé près de la station métro et bus, juste à côté de la nouvelle mosquée de Taksim et derrière Avenue de l'Istiklal.
Chambre très jolie et grande, tout était bon mais le seul problème était la climatisation (Air Conditionne) ne marche pas bien, il était trop chaud dans la chambre et on a demandé plusieurs fois pour le réparer.
