The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very good and the terrace is beautiful!
Problems: buffet breakfast is fair for a 5-star hotel and be careful, they make you pay for espresso coffee (from a machine), unacceptable in a hotel of this price and category. The illogical thing is that you have free Nespresso capsules in the room…incomprehensible.
We ordered 2 coffees with milk because we didn't understand well and after we left breakfast the waiter came up to the room as if we were criminals to charge for the coffees.
It doesn't deserve the 5 stars.

The location is just perfect. The design is really elegant with amazing lighting at the room. Hotel staff at the reception are great and they are really helpful. Only the house keeping really need to be trained as they’re always came in to the room without ringing the bell and said nothing even not to close the door directly. It did happened 3 times in our stay, when i just had finished my shower. Next, i hope they could be more concern about guest privacy.

Five star experience in a design hotel, which used to be a bank in 1860s. Fabulous decoration and impeccable Service. The breakfast has a lot of choices, even including eggs Benedict. The rooftop bar has a wonderful view of the golden horn. In the heart of old town Galata.
