Ставлю по всем пунктам 1* не из-за неприязни к отелю, а объективно оценивая его, ввиду того, что я бы хотел увидеть свой же отзыв до заселения, чем после… 1 - Первое что бросается в глаза, это несоответствие фотографий и описание номеров с реальностью. Жили в суперлюксе и из заявленных 35м по факту всего 18м, для тех кто едет отдыхать семьей комфорта не получится, а для тех кто путешествует один может получится использовать отель лишь для сна. 2 - Второе, Номер в ужаснейшем состоянии, пыль лежит древняя на вытяжке, стенах и всех поверхностях… дышать приходится откровенной сыростью (у нас был 2-й этаж) розетка торчит на проводах, мебель разваливается в прямом смысле этого слова. Если вы умеете обращаться со ржавой электрической плиткой, пить из разбитой кружки и есть из одноразовых тарелок - то это точно не заслуживает оценки выше 1* 3 - Третье, обслуживания номера никакого не ждите, я просил каждый день, чтобы мне настроили телевизор, чтобы дали дополнительную подушку и стул, но каждая просьба игнорировалась и в итоге за 15 дней проживания не пользовались практически ничем в этом номере, кроме кровати, унитаза и холодильника… 4 - Расположение отеля внизу очень отвесного холма, чтобы подняться к площади придется провести очень тяжелую нагрузку вверх, а если захотите спуститься вниз или пройтись по соседним улицам - узнаете что такое турецкое гетто во всей её красе… вид из окна на сгоревшие разрушенные здания и вишенкой на торте будет самодельная шашлычная прямо под окнами, от которой копоть будет подниматься прямо в номер… Оцениваю этот отель на такую низкую оценку лишь с одной мыслью и желанием, чтобы владелец отеля обратил внимание и занялся номерами, чтобы вызвали профессиональную чистку, заменили старую мебель. Мы за свой отдых хотели увидеть цивилизацию, а в итоге увидели упадок на 50 лет назад… очень надеюсь, что владелец отеля прочитает отзыв и поймёт, что так эта система не работает, нельзя обманывать гостей в описании на сайте и необходимость поддерживать номера в чистоте

Even though I chose a double room in the hotel reservation and specified the guest's name on the phone beforehand, even though I mentioned it again when I checked in to the hotel myself. The other person to be accommodated was not admitted to the hotel. The reason was that, according to Muhtar Bey, no one was admitted to the hotel as a guest. However, at the entrance of the apartments, "It is obligatory for those who will come as guests to register their identity cards." It has writing. They have victimized us with a situation that contradicts themselves. Contact Trip.com I explained the situation, they told me that there would be two people in the room as I stated, and they contacted the hotel and gave them the same information. When I told the receptionist Muhtar Bey again, he said that the rule of the hotel is that we can't take the other person. Treating and victimizing a customer in this way is not good for both the business and Trip.com. I recommend that you do not stay in this hotel that has changed owner. The only positive thing is the location of the hotel.
