Rooms are too small. Elevator stopped working for 2 days and we had to walk all the way up to 3rd floor.
Bathroom is very small.Even the shower section is so small it is hard to fit in.

Otel konum olarak çok iyi, merkezi ve tüm ulaşım araçlarına yakın,metro,tramvay, otobüs ve vapur, hepsi 2dk mesafede inanılmaz. Odalar son derece temiz,personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. İnternet ücretsiz ve çok iyi (birçok otelde çok sorunlu oluyor ama burada çekim gücü mükemmele yakındı) Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral. Wir konnten zu Fuß recht viel erreichen. Das Hotelzimmer waren etwas klein. Insbesondere der Service (Bekir & Kenan) waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns bei allen Angelegenheiten geholfen.
