I had a very wonderful stay in the hotel. The location is superb around 20mins of walking from taksim square, 15mins from galata port and 10mins from galata bridge.The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There are lots of cafe options that you can go for chill coffee break or nice breakfast (cost for buffet set around TL300).Or you can enjoy coffee and people watching at the hotel cafe. I would definately stay here again!
To access to the hotel from Sabiha, you can either take Havaist bus drop off at Taksim Square (TL102.50) and continue to walk downhill for 20mins or you can take metro and stop at Sishane station. Other alternative is take Havaist bus drop off at Karakoy ferry terminal (TL77.00) and proceed with ferry to Kadikoy (TL39.90) estimated 30mins and continue walking for 10mins. Both Havaist option will take about 1hr depending on traffic.

- Bei Buchung wird der Shuttle Service vom Flughafen empfohlen, da angeblich Taxis das Hotel nicht finden. Der Shuttle Service kostet 55 Euro und am Ende durften wir unsere Koffer selber den Berg hochtragen, da der Shuttle Fahrer das Hotel nicht gefunden hat. Preislich kam uns niemand entgegen. - Der Lärm nachts ist reinste Qual. Balkone sind keine Balkone, sondern Wintergärten, welche absolut nicht dicht sind. Es ist die ganze Nacht unnormal laut und man hört alles im Hotel. Unbedingt ohrstöpsel mitbringen. - Das Bett war sehr bequem und es war sauber. - Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen und ein wenig schmuddelig, jedoch gut geputzt. WC Papier wurde nur auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt. - die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar und das Personal nett. Gegessen haben wir Nicht.

Hotel well located but the room looked more like a sauna than a hotel room.
It was 31 degrees in the room with no way to turn on the air conditioning. We couldn't sleep 1 full night!

I am very disappointed with this accommodation. The heaters were broken and it was very cold in the rooms. They always just put me off and on request they didn't give me a second blanket twice.

Hotel is very central...you can go anywhere very easily.
Staff very friendly and nice.
I had a room that faced the back...so it was quiet and you could sleep well at night. However, the room was very noisy and you could hear EVERYTHING that was happening outside the door or in the neighboring room.
General condition of the rooms was great.
The room was well equipped and very clean. The cleaning took place every day and you also got fresh towels every day. All in all a good hotel.
