This place is so expensive, so you would expect luxury and professional service. The “manager” who was a very large lady, was too busy in the public lobby eating fast food, and drinking 2L coke from the bottle. It was really disgusting and I felt like I was in a hostel. They were busy taking photos in the CCTV cameras. Very rude. They are not professional at all. AVOID AVOID AVOID
