早餐的時候，員工Mustafa會給我做土耳其咖啡，員工Demet會給我pancake和雙面煎蛋，員工很nice，服務很好，雖然酒店的位置有點吵，但酒店的設施桑拿房和健身房很棒！

Friendly receptionists, clean room, nice breakfast buffet, convenient to shopping and restaurants.
The room was small, the coffee maker tray was set on the night stand which made it useless.

4 punti per la posizione super strategica per visitare il centro della città, da qui a piedi si possono raggiungere i principali centri di attrazione, altrimenti una metropolitana leggera collega tutto il resto. Per alcune cose dovrei dare 3. Colazione troppo ripetitiva, niente frutta, uova strapazzate da pagare extra, limone per il thè su richiesta, insomma tante cose ma poco internazionale. Camera doppia decisamente piccola, ma il bagno è il punto negativo, super piccolo, senza finestra né estrattore e porta praticam inesistente, privacy zero. Insomma bagni da rivedere assolutamente. Camere poco insonorizzate.

A wonderful hotel. Although the rooms are small, they are adequate, very clean, great shower and towels and a great location. The staff is unbelievably helpful. I wish I had taken the name of the man who was at the desk most days that we stayed (march 15 to 20). He was very helpful when we had been pick pocketed and lost a passport. The restaurant is very good. Include the breakfast in your room rate. It is worth it. The staff are great there also. Dinner at the restaurant is much better and no more expensive than the ones that line the streets around it.

Très bon emplacement près des transports, près du Pont de Galata, près du tout nouveau Galataport, personnel extrêmement aimable et disponible, petit déjeuner de bonne facture, vraiment une excellente adresse. Demandez une chambre vue mer (petite vue) au 4eme étage. Pour aller à Galataport sortez droit dans la rue en face, dirigez-vous vers le Novotel puis en face de celui-ci passez dans le petit centre commercial et vous ressortez sur le quai vers Musée d'Art Moderne et Galataport. Pour les transports achetez une carte et chargez autant que vous voulez en carte de crédit ou liquide, aux bornes de tramway ou bateaux. Faites un tour jusqu'à l'entrée de la Mer Noire sur le navire de la compagnie de transport d'Istanbul c'est peu onéreux, on s'arrête 2h00 dans un village de pêcheurs et on revient.

Es gab nix zu beanstanden. Das Hotel ist toll gelegen, sauber und modern. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Vielleicht hätte ich mich besser informieren sollen über die Zimmergröße. Das war definitiv zu klein. Mit 2 Personen und einem großen Koffer hat man schon fast Probleme richtig reinzipassen. Wie gesagt möchte ich das gar nicht dem Hotel in die Schuhe schieben. Das war aber auch die einzige Kritik.
