The location was great
But unfortunately the room is much too small and not clean

The hotel is really great. All was perfect: cleanliness, vibes, food, location, facilities and above all - the staff who were really so welcoming and friendly. I had an issue with my room, so they compensated me really really well just to ensure that I enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend.

I dont recommend at all.
All in all my experience was horrible and i will give it (1/10) and the 1 goes to the location.
-Rooms are literally “shoe boxes” no space even for the handbag.
-Sewage smell at the room.
-Some rooms with no windows.
-Windows isolation is zero (you hear everything out in the street).
-You can hear and track every toilet flush in the hotel from your room.
-They have only single rooms, even if you ask for a double room you will just pay extra for the same single room.

Cette hôtel ne vaut pas 4 étoile. Une arnaque totale, à éviter fuyiez si vous voulez pas regretter votre séjour. Le petit déjeuné est vraiment degeulasse. A ce prix vous mangerez beaucoup mieux ailleurs

Great staff especially the receptionist man Latif. Zebra theme is amazing in all aspects.modern and everything is too nice and near to Galata port opposite of there is mall and nice view to see. Anything you need is around you in that area. We really enjoyed the staying.
