Beware!! Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was incredibly disappointing. Despite booking a triple deluxe room for four people, including two adults and two children, they claimed my reservation was only for two adults. This was puzzling since the room was clearly advertised as accommodating four individuals. Their solution was to charge an additional fee of €50 per day for the two children. Furthermore, they failed to honor the complimentary breakfast that was clearly advertised at the time of booking. I even provided them with a screenshot of the advertisement to no avail. It's frustrating to encounter such false advertising and then be subjected to additional charges. Overall, I would caution others against relying on this establishment for their accommodation needs, particularly due to their misleading practices and unsatisfactory customer service

The location is excellent, situated near the square and very close to public transportation. The variety and taste of the breakfast at the facility were delightful. We would like to express our gratitude for the friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, and we enjoyed the pleasant pool area.

A great place to stay. Had a blasting experience considering the location of the hotel. Its as best as a 4 star hotel could be with all the staff and everything. They gave us fruit plate as a welcome gift , has a tea time for free at evening etc. So many options as well. Friendly staff and fast check in is also great.

My stay at the Golden Age Hotel was nothing short of amazing! The location is perfect, putting you close to everything you need. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, always going the extra mile. The breakfast is delicious and offers fantastic value for money. Overall, this hotel is incredibly underrated - I highly recommend it!
