Very dirty not clean at all all inside interior is very very old and the power cut off. Suddenly I called them please my powers off and he’s upset so I’m not gonna recommend for anybody. I hope your website take out this hotel from your list because it’s gonna be Affecting your website thank you

Room was comfortable but you could hear external noise from the street, corridor and other rooms
Swiming pool is open only from 12 to 6pm no towels are provided for the pool
Very close to public transport and main shopping area
Breakfast was good, providing a good variety of foods
Staff were mostly friendly
Overall is a good stay near Taksim Square

not recommended at all, Upon arriving at my room, I was dismayed to find a spider crawling on the window. cigarette smell in the corridor was so strong that I was worried it would permeate my room. When we woke up the next morning, the room smelled of urine, which made for a very unpleasant start to the day. The disturbance caused by the room servers shouting and knocking on doors was also disruptive, and their behavior was aggressive and unprofessional, we couldn’t sleep at all because of their loud voices & knockings. The breakfast buffet was of low quality, and the staff's behavior during the meal was impolite and invasive. When we raised our concerns with the staff as we were leaving, we were met with further hostility. super unprofessional staff, with a way of treating clients as dogs, telling us to finish eating quickly & standing right next to us while eating, & yelling when we confronted them. + they don’t share the wifi password, they take ur device & they put it without letting you see it. very low hotel that is far from satisfactory.

never stay in this hotel a lot things happen there first you can sleep well a lot noise during the nighttime it doesn't feel like hotel just like motel is the worst hotel ever that I stay

I strongly suggest not going to that awful hotel breakfast taste like feet housekeeping is undefined reception was unresponsible the fridge was not working at all staffs weren't friendly it does not look like even its picture The air conditioner was not working at all there was too much noise and we couldn't sleep very well

On a pres cette hôtel pour la piscine mais on a nager une fois apres toujours piscine fermée!!!!!!!
L'effectif tres racistes (pas tous mais la majorité)
Sur tout a l'accueil
Je vous conseille de penser 1000 fois avant de réserver a cette hotel on a gâcher notre vacances
