Such a lovely hotel! Location is perfect 👌in walking distance of Taksim squared and a lot of the famous sites, public transport and the cutest streets, restaurants and cafes. Rooms were clean and comfortable and a lot bigger than I thought they would bed. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They assisted with ordering taxis and had 24hr check in which was super ideal! Breakfast was really good and there was a massive variety. Would definitely stay there again when I visit Istanbul. Had a great time!

That hotel is a scam, mold in the bathroom, no air conditioning, leaking toilet, broken mirrors. The pictures of the Hotel does not correspond to reality at all. It’s really dirty. We left and asked for a refund but the owner refused. RUN AWAY

We paid for superior twin room with city or garden view and we got a room on the first floor with big wall in front of the windows and between the wall and window they had few pots of flowers (that was the garden??) It felt like we are in jail. Room smells .Smoking everywhere. Bathroom and Shower veri small. Beds not komftable at all.This is not 4 star hotel.I will not give tmem even 2

El hotel estaba bastante bien y limpio. Fuimos 5 amigas y reservamos 2 habitaciones una de dos camas y otra de 3, cuando llegamos nos dijeron que eran 2 habitaciones que se comunicaban (falso). Subimos a la habitación(1 habitación con salita) y nos encontramos con 1 cama de matrimonio y en la sala dos sofás con una sábana encima y una cama supletoria. Encima 1 baño para 5 personas, 2 de nosotras teníamos que dormir juntas, 2 en sofás y 1 en cama supletoria. Lo peor la atención cuando le enseñamos la reserva donde venía que eran 2 habitaciones y nos dicen que habían pensado que querríamos estar juntas (eh). No nos hacían ni caso, después de estar mas de 2 horas en la recepción quejándonos y pidiendo hablar con el director del hotel, nos llega una chica que ya habíamos visto cuando llegamos (bastante borde) y al final nos da otra habitación en otro hotel para esa noche. Al día siguiente nos consiguen en este mismo hotel otra habitación. Nos sentimos engañadas y el trato horrible, aunque al final acabaron disculpándose.

A clean and pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and the hotel offers. Good value. As well, conveniently located in the old town. Lastly, the breakfast buffet is generous. Recommend it should you be planning on spending time in that part of the lovely and intriguing city of Istanbul!

The good: This hotel was clean and the location is great. The bad: It’s over priced for what you get. The rooms are VERY small. The breakfast was extremely mediocre. Poor quality food. Messy buffet. The only decent coffee is an extra charge. And the cafe area was full of screaming kids and was super chaotic.
