There were problems finding our booking and Bahar and her team bent over backwards and sorted everything out for us and made sure we were ok several times.

Хорошее место с чистыми номерами, забавным лифтом и буквально в 1й минуте от башни Галата. Главное связаться с местом заранее чтобы вас встретили на респепшн, я не знал пришлось подождать, но это занято минут 5 и дальше все супер, менеджер Akram все объяснил проводил и заказал мне такси в аэропорт на 5 утра, проводил меня утром и я спокойно за 850 лир доехал по фикс лимиту , в общем я остался доволен !

The property was amazing and clean and near from Glata tower with lots of coffee shops and dining. The service was very good, and our stay was so relaxing.
I would like to thank miss Bahar for her hospitality and for making my family feel so welcome. The personnel went over and beyond her job requirements in assisting us on our trip she was eager to assist us and answer all our inquiries.

The bathroom and the adjoining bedroom smell of sewers I rented a 2-room apartment for 2 weeks, they offer me a 1-room replacement solution in a week.... I have a view of the wall...and the alley room If you rent, you will know, unlike me

Although the staff was very attentive, the photos published on ******* do not correspond to the place. It is not as nice in reality. Additionally they accommodate you in several buildings nearby, which are not the ones in the photo at least in my case. We stayed a couple of nights in one building and then they moved us to another. It was not bad, but the bathroom smelled bad at times.
