Good business hotel, reasonable priced,near the railway station with clean big rooms. The restaurant serves good wholesome breakfast but the dinner fare is limited. Stay for more than 4-5 days and you have ordered almost everything on their menu. The quantity is also limited for the price they charge. Food is good. Some of the staff who are helpful includes Reena in the restaurant who served me dinner. She was clear with the order and was helpful with the service. The staff at the reception are also very helpful including the manager Faisal

Service is very nice. Specially a person named RamHet is a very nice guy. Very impressed with the behaviour of all hotel staff members. Very nice to stay for businesses. Very near from railway station too. Food is very nice in the breakfast, lunch and dinner etc.

Best room facility and service is top notch. The staff here is very much welcoming and i found especially Arun kumar kushwaha a nice guy and the food is decently good althoygh you won't find much variety in the food especially dessert but still the food quality is good. Staff is very helping.

Visited often the restaurant. Food and ambience is good. Staff is also helpful mr. Arun kumar kushwaha was serving us and his dedication towards customers are commendable. Property located in the center of the city and we had great time with family.

It was okay. Not great. Washroom should be cleaned. Tea tray and kettle should be cleaned. Food is good quality and fresh at the hotel restaurant.

Very bed service, staff is not so co operative. Considering small baby they even dont allow early check in for 2 hrs before time. Worst experience would never book to ginger again
