"Extremely disappointing experience — not worth the money. Being an avid traveller, I’ve stayed at hotels across different places and have experienced everything from budget stays to premium properties. But my experience at Regenta Central Hestia Dahej, Bharuch was genuinely one of the most disappointing. We arrived on 06.08.2026 with plans to stay for 4–5 months as a team of four for work, but after just two days, we decided to leave. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, water was dripping from the roof, and there was a foul smell in the room. These are basic issues that should never be acceptable, regardless of the duration of the stay. After a hectic day at work, the least a person expects when returning to their room is a little freshness, cleanliness and comfort — something that helps calm both the mind and body. Unfortunately, here it was exactly the opposite. Initially, I assumed that perhaps I had simply been given a bad room. So, I actually tried changing rooms three times, thinking the issue might be limited to one or two rooms. Unfortunately, the experience was almost the same — which made it clear that this wasn’t just an isolated room problem. What makes it worse is that we had specifically planned a long-term stay for our coming team of 8-10 peoples but the condition of the hotel made us completely reconsider. After staying at numerous hotels over the years, I can confidently say that I wouldn’t choose to stay here at all — not even for a short stay. Definitely not worth the money or the inconvenience."
