It was a very bad experience with the hotel, they forced me to pay additional charges on top of the booking amount. First they claimed that it's GST charges (even though I have already paid 18% GST to them), post sharing the GST paid details with them, they changed and claimed that additional charges are due to the portal raising booking for a higher amount. However they didn't share the booking details with charges & GST they received from the portal.
It was a very frustrating experience as the staff was not willing to listen and understand.
