The lake view from our room offered the best view and the most amazing way to start and end our days, and the Rooftop Infinity Pool offered spectacular views and was a great addition to our stay. Room 512 was immaculate and had some of the most comfortable beds. Every corner of the hotel is thoughtfully designed, creating a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. A special mention to Ms. Stuti for the traditional welcome with the tilak and white beads mala. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly special. The rest of our experience offered amazing service and incredible food, with the best options available within a fulfilling breakfast and dinner buffet at Machan. The team provided the best service with Mr. Deepak, Mr.Birendra and Mr. Gulshan providing the finest Taj hospitality. Their warm service and dining cheer made us look forward to dinner each evening. The outstanding service and kindness of Mr. Vijay, Ms. Bimla, Ms. Simran and Ms. Muskan made our stay even better! Their warm smiles made us feel right at home. Mr. Akhilesh and Mr. Brijesh, Thank you for your service and high quality hospitality. "I visited Shambhala on 13th March with family, booked a 1bhk Villa with private swimming pool, my experience was awesome....this resort is better than Giovanni, Jhenuma retreat, Jungle brook ( all which I visited recently) in terms of value for money, hospitality, food, drinks, experience.... evrything They have recently added many cottages, with pool also, it's no longer the same property 1-2 years back, they even have water bodies between cottages in the pathway Villas are well designed, seems each item is handpicked and placed there, pure luxury in terms of furniture, appliances, decor, linens, landscaping. Huge garden, restaurant, nature walk, and good privacy. You won't feel trapped inside a room Highly recommended if you are planning to spend quality time with family"

"Location of this hotel is good though this hotel is not in main city but it is on a main road. Hotel services are very bad. You will not even get a complementary water bottle. This is a new property with bad management. We had complementary breakfast for 4 persons we asked to pack it as we have to leave early but what we got was a bit funny, two small box of POHA and 2 Paratha. They provided the water kettle but with no socket in room to plug this. I am giving it three star just for location and being a new property otherwise servicewise pathetic."

The breakfast was very good. Mutton items in lunch and dinner were the highlight. Good place for corporate events and weddings. Adding a spa will help . I am told in phase 2 it is coming."
