"I recently stayed at Hotel Regenta Place Bhopal and had a truly pleasant experience. The location is excellent, right in the city and well-connected to major areas, which made commuting very convenient. From the moment we checked in, the staff was warm, professional and attentive. Special thanks to the front office and housekeeping team for their quick service and courteous behavior. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-maintained with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall ambiance felt premium. WiFi worked smoothly and room service was prompt. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious. We tried both Indian and continental dishes and everything was fresh and flavorful. Breakfast buffet had good variety and the dining area is neat and well-managed. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The team went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Overall, Regenta Place Bhopal offers great value for both business and leisure travelers. Clean rooms, great food, and excellent service make it a hotel I would definitely recommend and stay again"

A special mention to Prakash, who was extremely helpful and ensured everything went smoothly right through to my check-out. During breakfast, Radhe and the chef at the restaurant took great care of all the guests, ensuring their preferences were well understood and catered to. Their attentiveness and warm service were truly appreciated. The in-room dining team was also prompt with food delivery and very courteous, making the dining experience seamless and enjoyable. One suggestion for improvement: it would be great if the swimming pool had inflatable tubes or floaties for kids, allowing them to enjoy the pool more safely and comfortably."

"I made a booking for three adults and paid in advance. When I arrived at the property at night, they insisted I pay for three people again. I explained the situation, but they forced me to pay an extra 40% more than what I had already paid online, without providing any valid reason. This hotel is a scammer, and I feel disappointed for the Marriott brand because I have stayed at Marriott hotels in different cities before, and they have never provided such terrible service. All that happened at night so we have no where to go. I have attached the photos for what I booked and what they were showing me to pay for more."
