Stay was comfortable. Check in was hassle free. Polite attitude of staff. Good location. Overall it was worth staying

Our room was not ready and for 1 day they provided a smaller room. The water was not flowing properly in the bathroom. They made us wait the whole day and night and provided the better room the next day evening, however there was a problem with the fan regulator to control the speed. Will not suggest for families.

Very small and bad room. There was cigrette smell everywhere. I did not recommend this stay to anyone

Place is good for stay i had say here for more then 7 days or staff is so helpful and manager also so nice person.

Hospitality is really great with neat and clean room ***** with hygeinic washroom hotel staffs are really helpful

Very nice and co operative staff helped to give direction of good food counter, shopping areas and bus, train routes

Overall a good experience, room was clean, staff are good and friendly, high security area for bike parking also

Prime location, clean and safe.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
