It was a good experience overall. The hotel is well endowed with statues and artifacts and vintage items that keep you engaged. There are lots of activities to do. The breakfast is pretty good as well considering the price which is not that expensive. Overall good experience.

Ambience,hospitability,service, hygiene,food,etc etc is fabulous! But we were moved by the pathetic sight of your pet macaw parrot namely "Blue" !🦜 U ppl surely can afford a full day care-taker and a reasonable sized enclosure for his nightstay! What is the use of superficial praises from your guests if your family member is not at peace????????? Pls give your lovely Blue, a bigger, cleaner, enclosure and pls impart him freedom during the day by appointing a care-taker. Presently, your gardener takes him QA out for an hour or two. Rest of the time he is jailed. Surely u wont yourself prefer this???? As a request, i plead u to give more freedom at daytime and a bigger space for night time to your dear Blue! Pls let us know when u fulfil these two, and we are looking forward to visit your hotel esp to see your beloved Blue happy !🦜

The property is really good. It has a very nice traditional feel to it and has many amenities like a nice pool, courts, library and the room also a the best balcony view in a hotel with a lake view and the service is also top notch and the staff was very cordial.

First of all,my heartfelt gratitude to Mr.Kailash Chandra Sarangi, Central reservation team, Bhubaneswar, for organizing such an amazing stay at both Mayfair lagoon and gopalpur. The housekeeping team, including Mr.Rabi Das, Mr.Madhusudhan and Mr.Bibek, were very efficient and responsive. Excellent personalised service by Mr.Rahim and Mr.Kalandi at teapot deserves appreciation. The lagoon facing room was speckless clean and modern and offered spectacular views of the lagoon(during both the separate days of my stay).

A perfect destination for staycation … excellent room and food with lots of restaurants and cruises to choose from, nice breakfast buffet .. amazing ambience and magnificent art collection.. The staff is very humble and helpful.. very close to the airport

Ankita and Sanjibani at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

The place is very tastefully done , each corner has a story to tell . The pool is plush and relaxing , the food was amazing . The chep need special compliments . The rooms are spacious - the view of the lagoon was spectacular . Highly recommend the place
