I had a wonderful stay at Vivanta DS Square Bhubaneswar, thanks to the exceptionally warm and attentive staff. They went above and beyond to meet my needs, especially when I fell ill during my visit. Sinjini deserves special praise for her kindness and prompt medical assistance - she even followed up on my well-being after I checked out. The team's concern for my health extended beyond my stay, as they called to enquire about my recovery after I left. Kudos to the team for their outstanding service! I wish them all the best and look forward to my next visit.

Buffet could be extended a bit longer Either by a mere 20 mins or so Laterisers or people on a rush find it hard to be there on within the stipulated time of 10.30. Other than that It was a splendid stay! Lived the elevated skyline view outside the room.

Fantastic Taj Hospitality in Bhuvaneshwar - You can't go wrong with Taj. Our gut feeling turned out to be true. Especially after our disastrous experience in Taj Bengal, Kolkata last year. Taj Vivanta in Bhuvaneshwar feels like an Oasis in the middle of a desert

Vivanta in Bhubaneshwar is relatively a new property (opened in 2021). Its a part of the mall but due to a separate entrance, its perfectly quiet. Since the property is a bit outside the city, views are great with greenery all around. Breakfast is good. In room dining is good quality and quantity (1 portion is enough for 2 persons). Gym is decent. Staff is courteous (I recall Rahul's ever smiling face, ever ready to help). They have a very good "masala tea" preparation, must try.

I stayed with my family for couple of nights at Vivanta. The room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping was excellent. I had used their travel desk services, the drivers were polite. Breakfast buffet spread was wide. My request for early check in was met. My stay was good but there is still room for improvement. Coffee was not available early morning and it would only be available from 7AM. They should make certain items available 24 hours. Secondly reserve some tables for breakfast for the residents if there is any corporate event. Opening the Bar may be a solution that occurred at that point in time but Bar tables are not suitable for having breakfast as you have to bend down extra to have your food. I have heard about the hospitality of this group of hotels and wanted to experience it but this slightly falls short of the legendary Taj Experience.

They guys don’t know the basic of hoteling! They did not clear our room, when asked why wasn’t it done.. they said we didn’t ask the front desk to clean it! This is really insane level ! Its a basis of hotel buiness when a customer goes out in morning the rooms Housekeeping does the job !

The visit was pleasant, it was second time and closed my eyes and selected Vivanta. It was same experience like last with great staff and service from everyone. Breakfast Buffet spread was great. Want to call out that, they had an event and hotel was fully booked and hence there was shortage of iron boxes but when requested they ironed it on complimentary. Second instance was - breakfast got very busy with no seats and the staff did great job by adding quickly seats.

Everything about the hotel lives upto Taj standards..had a perfect stay for two days..The room had a really great view and has beautiful minimalistic layout. Special mention to the fitness centre..It has few but more than sufficient amd higi quality equipments also with a steam and sauna. Food was amazing with very warm and welcoming staff Overall, had a wonderful stay and looking forward to visit again.
