The house is a small detached house with cramped corridors, small rooms, old facilities, and poor hygiene. It is not suitable for family travel. The hot water kettle in the room was broken, dirty and covered with dust.

Clean tidy hotel beautifully clean basic rooms nothing fancy. Bed needed renewing spring had gone. Great for quick for over nite stay very central No meals supplied Tv and tea making facilities supplied very central to Bicester town centre and Bicester village

We had a brilliant stay. The hosts were so nice and made it feel like home. Absolutely gutted we can’t book for next year cos it’s already fully booked.

When I arrived at the hotel I was early but there was no one there. You have to phone the numbers listed on the door. When someone eventually answered the call they gave me the code to the door and let me in. I waited for them to arrive to check me in. I’m not going to say anything about the room as the pictures will speak for themselves. The cleaning needs to be upgraded immediately. When you leave you just leave the keys on the desk and let yourself out.
