Bielefeld Hotels with Wi-Fi

The hotel is in a beautiful location and is functionally equipped. The hotel as a whole and the rooms could be in better condition. The booked breakfast was very good and the service too. many parking spaces are available.

I came for business and stayed one night. It is a simple and straight forward hotel, good to have a rest, nothing more nothing less and they do not advertise different. Checkin was quick and easy. The room was small yet functional. There is nothing else but sleeping in this place and that is what they advertise. Other hotels in Bielefeld advertise different but are old and run down; this is quite honestly the best alternative to anything you can find in the city. Staff is ”straight forward”; which in my terms means they are not particularly polite or nice, but also not impolite but rather efficient. That is in my opinion absolutely ok for this level of Hotel and I would not expect more. Breakfast is very good. I would come back.

Меня зовут Валерий, я и моя жена жили в этом отеле месяц, так как мы из Украины и бежали от войны. В отеле мы жили без каких-либо скидок или бонусов, то есть мы платили полную стоимость номера и претендовали только лишь на те условия которые были указаны при заселении. Начнём с того, что неоднократно нам якобы забывали поменять полотенца в номере или убрать в нем (как заявляет отель, делать они это должны раз в два дня). Мы несколько раз просили у администратора отеля (девочка, которая сидит на ресепшене и расселяет гостей) либо что бы нам убрали в номере, так как они забыли это сделать, либо поменять полотенце, так как в отеле заселенность максимум 25-30% и они почему-то у нас забывали это делать. В очередной раз, когда мы пришли в номер (а это примерно спустя 3-3,5 недели нашего проживания) мы увидели, что нам в очередной раз забыли поменять полотенца. Мы спустились к администратору и попросили поднять нам чистые, на что нам ответили, что это не ее работа и что она звонила сегодня горничной и говорила ей убрать у нас и что раз сегодня не поменяли нужно ждать до завтра, а она сама это поднимать не будет, так как это не ее работа (сказано это было естественно в грубой форме). На следующий день мы обратились к управляющему отеля, который на работе бывает пару часов (то есть его нужно «вылавливать»). Объяснили всю ситуацию, он пообещал все проконтролировать и заверил нас что все исправят. На следующий день уборщица ворвалась в номер (именно ворвалась) без стука или вопроса и начала убирать с таким лицом, что мне стало крайне неприятно находиться в номере и пришлось выйти. После этого, вечером, администратор отеля пыталась выяснять со мной отношения так как я обратился к управляющему. Моей жене она сказала: «Если у вашего мужа есть ко мне какие либо вопросы, то пусть он скажет их мне». Справедливо будет сказать, что при этом я находился рядом и все слышал. На что мы не прореагировали и пошли по своим делам. Мою жену это возмутило и на следующий день к управляющему подошла она и рассказала про ситуацию с горничной и администратором. Он сказал, что это не профессиональное поведение и он это исправит. Мы любим с женой погрызть семечки но шкарлупу всегда ложим в отдельный пакет, который кстати тоже никто не убирал. То есть мы не разбрасываем это по номеру. На следующий день, когда мы заходили в номер, уборщица сказала нам: «как вам не стыдно есть семечки в номере и кто вам разрешал?» После этого я звонил и писал управляющему отеля, он читал сообщения но не отвечал и не перезванивал. Взял он трубку на следующий день. Я попросил его вернуть деньги, за то время которое нам осталось там дожить (4 дня), потому как ситуации которые происходят в отеле очень смешные и мы от этого устали. Нам вернули деньги и мы уехали в другой город. Ещё хотелось бы сказать, что мы не могли заплатить кредитной картой, так как терминал у них не работал и платили мы наличными деньгами. А когда терминал заработал, то мы могли бы заплатить с карты немецкого банка. (Э

Modern hotel directly opposite the Bielefeld train station. Plenty of paid parking spaces in front of the hotel including two charging spots for electric cars. I chose to park in the underground garage. The hotel is more modern (i.e. less classic) than other Steigenberger hotels I have visited. My room was new, spacious and comfortable overlook the more quite area behind the hotel. Very big TV on the wall, small fridge (empty) and coffee making option. Bathroom also spacious and clean. The hotel is a short walk from the old center of Bielefeld. The area around the Bielefeld train station hosts quite some colorful people often walking around while drinking a beer and asking if you have any change. For that reason I chose to park in the hotels underground parking. Still, plenty of cars parked on the street which were clearly safe.

A good hotel for a night stay at a service trip. Directly at the Hbf and at a shopping centre with many restaurants, bar and a thermal bathroom. Rooms are perfectly in order. Checkim can also be done on the machine. Access to the room by core. Breakfast with a few sauce and cheese varieties, cooked egg, curry/tomat, musli. Coffee/capuccino from the full-automate tastes quite well. So, everything in all, suits.

TLDR: If you're going to stay in this hotel, ask them BEFORE you arrive to be placed in a room that is far away from the adjacent construction site! After a grueling two days of work in Bielefeld, my partner and I were looking forward to sleeping late since the checkout time at the Legere Express is 12:00. Instead of the restful morning we very much needed, our day began at 7:45am to the grating sound of an electric power drill penetrating a wall somewhere near our room. Upon expressing my displeasure at this situation, the hotel manager told us they have no control over the situation. The work is happening in an adjacent building and German law allows for construction work to happen from 07:00 to 20:00 each day. They offered to move us to another room, but was a poor form of compensation since a) we were already awake from the noise and b) we were checking out that day. A voucher or discount towards our next stay in one of their hotels would have been more satisfying given the situation. I am giving this hotel a three stars only because everything _else_ about the stay was fine; clean, great breakfast, good location, friendly staff.

When we wanted to check in at Hotel Wali yesterday, the water damage in the EC immediately irritated us. Our rooms were really in a desolate state. Scrapped furniture, loose cable that hang out of the wall. Shampoo in the shower, polluted heat bodies and defected light switches. It was so bad for us that we went back to the reception right away with our baggage. Your cancellation was immediately accepted and the above problems were put on the cleaning forces, which was absolutely uncomprehensible for us. This kind of hotel should not be offered anymore. There should never be any more!!!!!!

Wir haben schon öfter im B&B Hotel Bielefeld-City übernachtet und waren dort immer zufrieden. Da stimmte die Preis/Leistung! Das B&B Hotel Bielefeld-Ost war eine Enttäuschung. Zunächst war es vermutlich aufgrund einer Messe (IAA Hannover) total überteuert. Wir haben für ein Einzelzimmer (nur Übernachtung) soviel bezahlt wie wir sonst in einem 4 Sterne Hotel mit Halbpension bezahlen. Bei der Ankunft war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Der Checkin am Automat hat für 2 der 3 gebuchten Zimmer wunderbar funktioniert. Das 3. Zimmer, konnte zunächst nicht bezogen werden, da musste mühsam die Hotline kontaktiert werden. Beim Gast vor uns hat der Checkin am Automat auch nicht funktioniert. Er hat wohl schon längere Zeit auf einen Mitarbeiter gewartet. Der nächste Aufreger, es gibt im Hotel keinen Aufzug. Ich bin gehbehindert und eine Mitreisende ist herzkrank, es war deshalb schwer das Gepäck ohne Aufzug in den 2. Stock zu transportieren. Hotel ohne Aufzug geht für mich gar nicht! Der Frühstücksbereich ist in der Lobby und wirklich mini, mini klein! Da an diesem Morgen viele “Messeleute“ im Hotel waren, die alle gleichzeitig zum Frühstücken erschienen sind, war es nicht möglich einen Tisch zu bekommen. Wir konnten erst Frühstücken als die “Messeleute“ weg waren. Das Frühstück zu dem Preis ist sehr gut. Es ist alles vorhanden (Brot, Brötchen, Wurst, Käse, Yoghurt, Müsli, Eier, Obst usw.) was zu einem guten Frühstück gehört und das Buffet wird auch ständig aufgefüllt. Alle Kaffeesorten stehen am Kaffeeautomat zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein (man kann zu zweit - sprichwörtlich - kaum umfallen), aber sauber und neu renoviert. Sorry, aber mehr als 1 Sterne kann ich für diesen Aufenthalt zu dem überteuerten Preis nicht vergeben.
