Huntley Lodge at Big Sky Resort

Friendly staff in comfortable ski lodge Great location . Ski storage slopeside a real plus . Only thing is dinner restaurant is small for size of hotel though food was excellent as was the breakfast buffet . I would definitely return

One of the cleanest resorts I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. I was pleasantly impressed from the moment I walked in. Staff were kind and attentive and made sure to check in with us regularly for anything we might need. Overall, a top five vacation experience I've had. Can't wait to come back. Pros: Cleanliness Friendliness Value Attentiveness Cons: Area and attractions are pretty expensive but expected for a resort town

I have stayed at the Huntley in the past, but on this trip we stayed in the Shoshone. and I really need to tell you about it. Every aspect of this stay has been perfect (well, not true, a grill available for use on the patio would have made it perfect), but the MOST perfect part was the amazing service from Emily G. at the concierge desk. Let me explain. I travel a lot in the ski industry, and spend a lot at Boyne properties. Unfortunately, I had been slow to understand the Boyne Rewards program, and I had a ton of points in multiple accounts, and others that never got applied. Emily helped me work it out, contacting other Boyne properties and getting the necessary receipts sent. I am so accustomed to people passing the buck when it comes to working out issues like mine, I was shocked to find Emily stayed on point that day, resolving the issues with my account (I spent all my points at the Solace Spa at Big Sky). Emily is a model employee, and Boyne is lucky to have her! I'm not done raving though. We also got EXCEPTIONAL housekeeping service. Our housekeeper for the majority of our stay was so attentive to detail-- she cleaned our dishes and emptied the dishwasher every day, managed to work around the mess and bags, skis and camera equipment strewn about. I have never had this level of housekeeping service before. In the past two years I had broken from staying at The Huntley because I wanted the space of a condo-- but the Shoshone staff, Emily G., our amazing Housekeeper-- all of these experiences have made me realize this is a MUCH better value and experience.

Huntley Lodge is conveniently located just steps away from the lifts. I would recommend staying here for a small group 5 or less. Great views and helpful staff. The bell staff were able to pickup and store our luggage at checkout while we hit the slopes… even offered free cookies and hot coco for our drive back to Bozeman.

Amazing hill access, breakfast was a highlight, and the staff were amazing. Some other things to watch for - smores, movie nights, and nearby restaurants!

The lodge was more modern than other ski resorts we have stayed at which we enjoyed. We had a view of the ski mountain and the lift was just outside of the door. We couldn't have asked for a better location. We had a room with a loft area with bunk beds and nice sitting room area. The room was very spacious. We would recommend this lodge for it's great location!

Had a great little staycation as always at the Huntley. Especially appreciated the new S'mores event with Harley. Was fun to stand around the fire pits and chat while the kids had some S'mores treats before we headed out for dinner. The skiing, breakfast buffet, and pool were great as usually. The one thing we missed was the omelet bar at the breakfast buffet.

The property was great and the staff was superb. Special shout out to the housekeeping staff who were especially attentive.
