"No doorman, so you have to carry your own luggage. It's a ten-minute drive to the ski resort. The room is quite large but the fridge is really noisy. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless I had no other options. The value for money is just okay."

"My husband and I are big fans of One & Only properties, having visited multiple of their others. We have been waiting for the moonlight basin location to open for a couple years, so naturally we booked it shortly after they opened. O&O properties have an amazing way of making the resort itself the destination - making the resort the lens in which you experience your location. This property is no exception, but an even more fun experience due to all different types of activities they have outdoors year round. The highlights: - The whole ski experience. We had an amazing experience with the rentals, the gondola, and The Landing property itself. It is such a unique and luxurious ski experience feeling that is truly one of a kind and so different than visiting a normal mountain. - Akira Back. One of the most amazing meals - it was absolutely delicious, service was great as well. - The Moonshack. My husband and I both agreed we could truly sit in this property all day! The bartenders are top notch, and the entire atmosphere is unique and feels authentic to Montana’s roots. Area of improvement: - Nitpicky, but we feel compared to their other properties that the breakfast here falls short. While the buffet is beautiful, the menu itself is trying a little too hard. No real classic hearty breakfast options of that which you’d expect in the mountains. While the uniqueness can be a nice touch to some of the options, we feel there needs to be more variety of the classics done even better by O&O chefs, as they have at their other properties. All in all, I couldn’t recommend staying here enough. The staff and service are wonderful, and the location felt so unique. We can’t wait to come back during summer as we feel it’ll be a completely different type of trip than winter."

"Our Room never received housekeeping by afternoon and after several requests. The front desk told me the housekeeping was focused on getting rooms for incoming guests and I would need to wait and no idea how long. Just checked out and they never offered to get service immediately or refund me."
