整個酒店，地理位置還不錯，周遭美食也很多，，室內衞生環境也不錯，房間無異味，隔音還不錯，缺點就是酒店前台毫無服務可言，對業務一點都不熟，對散客不屑。

很差的體驗，並且不安全，而且酒店背後山上都是墳，住了幾天每天都要重新刷房卡，第一天回來很累打電話讓工作人員幫忙刷房卡等了快半個小時，而且前台壓根就沒核實我的訊息就答應給我刷房卡！！！工作人員來了同樣沒核實直接刷開！聲明一下我是通過攜程打的電話，所以不存在前台看得到我的電話號碼，不敢想象隨便一個人都可以進別人房間。
還有就是前台總是一副欠她的一樣板著臉，而且幾乎不正眼看你一眼，每次去刷房卡遇到不同的前台都是這樣，一個酒店的門面就這樣表現，真差勁。
早餐也很差，做的很難吃，工作人員水平跟四鑽酒店完全不搭邊，很隨意。
