The elevator, shared with office tenants, was old and dilapidated, and the hallway carpet was filthy. The breakfast was unhygienic and tasted awful; we didn't bother going on the second day. The room was incredibly noisy, making it impossible to sleep after midnight. When I contacted the front desk the next day, they said there were no other rooms available and couldn't accommodate a change, and their attitude was unhelpful. It was a hassle to move with a child and a lot of luggage, so I'm sharing this to help others avoid the same pitfall."
