Very recently opened so still new and fresh. Simple but well done and everything you need for a city stay. Great location in the old town - near shops, bars, cafes. We walked everywhere in Bilbao. On a pedestrian street a few metres from a taxi rank and the river. Taxi to airport is around 26 euros. We had an interior premium room and found it to be very quiet. The adjoining bar-restaurant is handy for meeting up. There is a residents lounge with a couple of sofas and lots of tables on first floor. Hotel front door is locked and opened by room key card. Staff were friendly. Would definitely return.

Lovely little hotel, centrally located with public parking nearby. The in-house restaurant was excellent and the staff very friendly.

Fantastisch hotel aan de rand van het oude centrum en om de hoek van een metrostation. Zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam, schoon. Uitchecken laatste dag 12.00 uur en we konden (onze terugreis was pas om 21.15 uur) onze bagage voorzien van een label veilig opbergen in een ruimte bij de receptie. Tot een volgende keer!

Este hotel tiene sólo 2 estrellas..porqué alguien lo ha querido. De entrada agradecer el up date que nos ofrecieron: habitación preciosa, muy limpia y cama extra grande y extra cómoda. El personal extra amable y encantador. La ubicació es de 10: en pleno casco viejo y a minutos del centro y de la ría. Todo supernuevo y extralimpio. Si hay que poner una pega es que en la ducha solo hay gel: nada más

Highly recommended property to stay at. It is renovated and it presents very well. It is close to transport (bus, metro, trans and in walking distance to the main train station). Staff is very nice and will try to accommodate you as much as they can (we got a very early check in at our arrival). I will definitelly stay there again.
