"There were major difficulties with check-in. I never received the check-in instructions, even though I had completed the required pre-arrival registration (which is mandatory before arrival!). I had to make phone calls and wait outside for half an hour because I couldn’t get inside. The room had only one ceiling window that couldn’t be covered. The soundproofing was terrible. I do not recommend this hotel ‐ it was a bad experience"

"This hotel is a perfect experience! Stepping into the room, everything you see is spotlessly clean, and the owner's warm and friendly smile instantly dispels the fatigue of the journey. The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk to the bustling streets, where shopping and dining are within easy reach. There is a church opposite the hotel, and a 5-minute walk to a former Michelin restaurant, which is particularly delicious."

"The room had a horrible smell after cleaning. It reeked intensely of concentrated perfume. We arrived late at night and had to air out the room for about an hour, but the smell still wouldn't go away. In the morning, I woke up with a headache, and the kids also had a bad night's sleep. At reception, they told us that the smell was left behind after cleaning, though I don't understand why. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels throughout my life, but I've never encountered a problem like this. We will not be staying at this hotel again."

"A terrible experience. After a 10+ hour long-haul flight, I arrived at the hotel to find the doors locked. A contact number was posted on the door, and when I called, customer service said I needed to check in online beforehand—it was self-check-in. However, I hadn't received any emails from the hotel about online check-in beforehand. How was I supposed to know I needed to check in online? They verified my booking number and customer information, but still wouldn't let me in. I ended up standing on the street with two large suitcases for an hour and a half, making countless calls to customer service. Just as I was about to check into another hotel, the only customer service representative who seemed to have any sense told me to send them a photo of my passport information so they could register me. Exhausted from standing on the street for an hour and a half, I finally got into my room. During this time, I contacted Ctrip for assistance. Ctrip didn't have any power to negotiate with the hotel, but they did value their customers and provided compensation afterward. The room was cheaply decorated; besides being large, it had no other advantages. There are many other hotels to choose from at this price point. A very bad experience."

"The apartment is very nice, but it's hard to find if you're driving. On the day of the check-in, the online check-in information was sent only at 3:30 PM. I had to fill it out on the spot. Parking wasn't available and was a 5-minute walk away."
