"This is the best hotel we have stayed in for the price I’m so glad we chose this one as it was a very comfortable room huge twin beds, very comfortable mattresses, pillows and bedding. One comfy arm chair plus desk chair, suitcase stands, glasses, mugs, kettle etc mini fridge , bottled water provided, excellent shower with quality fittings. Very quiet room and excellent location for the city centre and the river and metro & tram stops. Highly recommend"

"Excellent location, right across from the river and close to shops. The room was large, beautiful, comfortable, and clean, with very comfortable pillows – they even offered three options! Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. There's also a bar and restaurant on site. We loved everything!"

"There were major difficulties with check-in. I never received the check-in instructions, even though I had completed the required pre-arrival registration (which is mandatory before arrival!). I had to make phone calls and wait outside for half an hour because I couldn’t get inside. The room had only one ceiling window that couldn’t be covered. The soundproofing was terrible. I do not recommend this hotel ‐ it was a bad experience"

"In terms of design, this is a nice, beautiful hotel. Comfortable mattress, pillow menu, hair dryer, bathroom amenities... but!! The coffee machine in my room didn't work, complete lack of soundproofing. It felt like I was sleeping on the street among crowds of strolling youth (and the hotel is located right in the Casco Viejo quarter). The coat rack is located right above the kettle and coffee machine. So you have to boil the kettle so that the steam doesn't get on your coat...? Extremely dangerous cotton swabs. I came to the administrator at check-out and showed how you can accidentally pierce your eardrum with one movement. And the price for the night is not small at all. I have no desire to recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay and getting to know Bilbao. Alas"

"Although the location isn't in a busy area, transportation is quite convenient. It's within walking distance of Guggenheim, and there are many supermarkets of various sizes nearby. Just be aware of their opening hours; they're all closed on Sundays."
