The hotel is large, the rooms are clean. Establishing Wi-Fi has some difficulty. But the balance is adequate and sufficient, getting a good grade in the quality/price ratio.

We asked about the pool and spa service to rest for a while that is offered and they only act as intermediaries and there is only the option of taking the pack with the gym for 20 euros

I thought the sauna was included in our stay that’s why I booked the hotel.
When I’ve mentioned it to the staff about not having an additional cost to it when you book online, they told me is part of the spa . This is very confusing as if it was part of the spa why mentioning it and not including it in the spa section .
Spa and sauna are not the same and if it’s a cost to it , that should be mentioned.
Anything else was amazing . Also they don’t have a separate cost to the sauna only ! I just wanted to use the gym and the sauna , no spa though! There was no possibility to book the sauna without the spa.
It’s like 20 euros per acces not per day which I thought it’s a rip off especially when you are already booked with the hotel and you’ve paid for your room! Again staff showed no flexibility , it was either pay for something you won’t use or you don’t get it!
Ended up not booking it because I did not want to use the spa , and I thought it was a lot of money (20 euros) to pay for 15 min use of sauna only.

Well located, easy access parking amtough a bit expensive (20€/ night). Friendly staff. Beds are a bit hard and the pillows a bit flat but the rest of the room was good.

In Trip it is specified that the hotel has a free gym when it is paid. It would have to be corrected. On the other hand, the facilities are very good and the attention of the staff is wonderful at all times.
