Loved my stay at Hotel Arriaga! The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of everything and super easy to walk everywhere. The room was clean, modern, and the bed was super comfy. The staff were really lovely and gave us some great tips for local pintxo bars. The vibe is relaxed and unpretentious, which we appreciated. Small note for light sleepers: ask for a room away from the street, as it can get a bit lively at night (but that's part of the charm of being in a great location!). The WiFi was also a bit spotty at times. Overall, fantastic value for money. Would definitely stay here again for a casual city break! Perfect for: Travelers who want a central spot without the fancy price tag.

Excellent accommodation, location in the centre of the old hill.You can go to any place.New, clean and beautiful .The breakfast area , with a wide variety of everything very complete and varied, and you can drink coffee whenever you want. The hotel is very friendly and I would repeat it without doubt and I recommend it.

The room was basic but clean and was situated on the outskirts of Bilbao. The sound insulation was terrible and other guests could be heard clearly though the walls. I also found the room very cold and there was no aircon or heating system to help guests stay warm. Reception isn’t 24/7 so no one to ask questions of. I thought the place was massively over priced as it is rather like a youth hostel as there isn’t a joining bathroom facility.

No fan, no air con, no staff, no instructions on how to check in and out, no directions. Finding this hotel was a nightmare, had it not been for a gentleman who noticed how lost I was and offering to help, I never would have found it. There are absolutely no signs, just a random door to a random building on the street. The room however was basic but for the price paid the stay was very satisfactory. The room was a good size, comfortable, clean and the location was great.
