JJimmy _ValenciaWhat a great hotel! Across the board we were blown away by how perfect this hotel made our stay.
The staff - ALWAYS helpful and fun and professional.
The room - Beautiful, large double bed for us was more than adequate and a large room.
Bathroom - Great size and LARGE tub and shower with TONS of water pressure.
Location - Bilbao is one of the most walkable cities, but the hotel is right at the edge of the river so 10 min to Guggenheim and 5 min to the old town.
Breakfast - We had breakfast a couple times and the beans and eggs were my staple. The eggs were off the first visit, but the second visit they were much better. Bacon and pastries were tasty and the cream cheese with herbs was a treat.
We will be back for sure. You won't be disappointed by staying here.

We were very pleased with our stay. Excellent value for money: reasonable price, great location - everything is close by, including attractions, transport and good restaurants.
The service is at a high level: the staff is friendly, quickly responds to any requests. The breakfasts were a pleasant surprise - fresh products, good choice, everything is delicious. The rooms are clean, neat, with a nice design and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The only small minus is that the soundproofing with the corridor could be better. If someone passes by or talks in the corridor, it is audible. But if you do not sleep until late and get up around 8-9 am, then this will not cause much discomfort.
Overall - a great place for a short or long stay. We would be happy to come back again.

GGuest UserHotel is great. Now buying here is very complicated. I asked for an extra bed and paid for it. When I got there, the room couldn't have an extra bed. On top of that, it had two beds when I asked for king size.
I don't even know where to complain about this??

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in front of the football stadium and with views of the river , in a quiet environment , near the centre and a walk .
The room is comfortable with a large bed and everything is clean.
The staff was very friendly and careful.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very clean and the service is good. Because of the long business trip, I was a little confused about the itinerary. I should have checked out but didn't. I didn't realize I should have checked out until I went to the hotel at 2 or 3 in the afternoon and couldn't get in. After explaining the situation to the hotel, I didn't incur any fees. It's more humane than domestic hotels.

GGuest UserI stayed here once many years ago, and the overall feeling this time was pretty good. The location is of course quite convenient. You can walk to the central commercial street, Guggenheim, and the old town. You can also taste the delicious restaurants and pintxos around. The room was clean and sufficient, and a full set of toiletries was provided. The procedures were also quick. Maybe the food around was too delicious, so the breakfast felt inferior to my memory. There will definitely be noise along the street, but fortunately it is not a big problem, because the air conditioning felt a bit stuffy and I opened the window a little, so the noise did not affect my sleep.
