"From the design point of view, this is a nice and beautiful hotel. A convenient mattress, pillow menu, fan, bathing facilities... but!! The coffee machine in my but ere didn't work, total noise insulation. It was a feeling I was sleeping on the street among the crowd of walking youth (and the hotel is directly in the casco viejo quarter). The top-dress hanger is located right over the teapot and coffee machine. That is, the teapot must be boiled so that the steam does not get on the cloak...? Extremely dangerous vat sticks. I came to the administrator at check-out and showed how one movement can break a accidentally drum-drum. And the price for the night is not small at all. I have no desire to recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay and acquaintance with Bilbao. Alas"

GGuest UserBest hotel I have stayed!!! Thank you very much for every detail specially for the baby. There was a cot, baby bath, all bathroom amenities for the baby and ever to milk heated! We truly appreciate this! Better hotel than 5star hotels in Barcelona, London and Madrid!!! The concierge team were so helpful too :)

AAnonymous UserAlthough it is a single room, the area is not small.
The hotel has a first-class location, right next to the airport bus station, on the small square, and convenient to go everywhere. You can walk to the old town and the museum river.
However, although this hotel is a five-star hotel, it does not have a swimming pool. The breakfast is expensive at 26 euros and is relatively simple (by five-star standards).

GGuest UserLocation location location! After a long train ride, you probably do not want to travel further to your lodgings. LaTroupe is just across the street from the train station and although beside a busy traffic junction, it’s very quiet.
Also, the team comes up with various programmes in the evening, between 6-8pm. After that, you can head out for dinner as most restaurants open from after 7 or 8pm. Tabernas in touristy spots are open from the morning thru till late though.

GGuest UserI thought the sauna was included in our stay that’s why I booked the hotel.
When I’ve mentioned it to the staff about not having an additional cost to it when you book online, they told me is part of the spa . This is very confusing as if it was part of the spa why mentioning it and not including it in the spa section .
Spa and sauna are not the same and if it’s a cost to it , that should be mentioned.
Anything else was amazing . Also they don’t have a separate cost to the sauna only ! I just wanted to use the gym and the sauna , no spa though! There was no possibility to book the sauna without the spa.
It’s like 20 euros per acces not per day which I thought it’s a rip off especially when you are already booked with the hotel and you’ve paid for your room! Again staff showed no flexibility , it was either pay for something you won’t use or you don’t get it!
Ended up not booking it because I did not want to use the spa , and I thought it was a lot of money (20 euros) to pay for 15 min use of sauna only.

GGuest UserIt is clean and friendly. The room condition is good for the price. (Hotels with the same price near Abando Station have smaller rooms for the same price) You can walk to major tourist attractions and public transportation is good, so it was convenient for sightseeing.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in front of the football stadium and with views of the river , in a quiet environment , near the centre and a walk .
The room is comfortable with a large bed and everything is clean.
The staff was very friendly and careful.

GGangganerIt's just across the street from San Mames Stadium, so it's the first choice for watching football. The front desk staff are also very welcoming. Although the room is not big, it is clean and has good lighting. There are several restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient for eating. There is a large grocery store on the next street, which is very convenient for shopping. In the early morning, I went to the airport front desk to help call a taxi. Good experience.

GGuest UserThe front desk was very friendly and kind. The early check-in also received temporary luggage. Early flights and some people checked out, but after all, the Youth Hostel did not provide drinking water, but overall it was satisfactory.
