Hotel is great. Now buying here is very complicated. I asked for an extra bed and paid for it. When I got there, the room couldn't have an extra bed. On top of that, it had two beds when I asked for king size.
I don't even know where to complain about this??

A partir de las 10h sin Agua Caliente y una de las camas se desplazaba.... Una pena para un hotel con una ubicación espectacular y tanto su personal como las instalaciones me parecen buenas.Habia estado anteriormente y por eso repetimos,pero un hotel de estas características no pueden permitirse este tipo de incidencias
