Hardware is all fine and staff are friendly, but the ability for them to understand English is harder than I thought. If you need to book a taxi to airport or something crucial in terms of timing, better double check. Also, they got a nice small kitchen with disherwasher and washing machine. They provide all detergents for both. However, they don't have basic salt, pepper and edible oil. Microwave is nice and quick to have.

It is a comfortable place like home. It is recommended for those who travel for a long time. The location, service, cleanliness, and facilities are all perfect, and the staff here are all friendly. If I come to Bilbao again, I will stay here.

Hotel is in a very central location. Rooms are very nice and clean and have everything you need. Unfortunately, when booking, it is stated that the parking is free, but this is not true. Receptionist was very helpful and gave us a free upgrade.

Great experience on a 2 day visit to Bilbao to see the Gugganheim. Very comfortable room with all modern amenities. 8 minute walk to the Gugganheim and 15 minute walk to the old town. Very good value for money. Tip for taxi to Airport - ask reception to book for you in advance. Bilbao can be very busy with conference visitors.

Fully equipped studio with kitchen and laundry utilities. Everything in perfect condition. Modern and cosy studio. Close to airport shuttle (1 stop, 20 minutes). Located 100 meters from Zubizurri bridge. Guggenheim and Casco Viejo right around the corner.
Quiet stay and friendly staff.
We spent four nights here and felt at home.
