The location is great. It is in the core of Bilbao New Town. There is a parking lot just one or two streets away. It is very convenient. The overall decoration of the hotel is simple, warm and classy. It has been renovated in recent years. However, the overall facilities of the building are old. , it is still inevitable that you can smell something similar to kerosene in the bathroom, it should be the hot water system. The restaurant downstairs is very delicious, stylish and slightly less cost-effective. The rooftop view is beautiful and the bartending is great.

lovely experience at the Autograph, staff was really friendly and the location was perfect - you could walk to many places. there are food available in the late night in the vicinity as well. the rooftop bar has a great view for an afternoon cerveza! room was comfortable and had sufficient space for 2 person.

Looks very classy, but is let down by service and finish. Parking was requested during the booking, but on arrival was told that it was full and would have to go elsewhere. Multiple faults with the room (A/C, TV, safe), which should have been checked.
Overall, there are better hotels to stay in Bilbao if a similar price point.

The room was very noisy particularly with crowds in the street late at night from Thursday to Sunday resulting in the worst sleep we have had in any hotel we have stayed in. Also there was very noisy roadworks during the day with no warning or apology from the hotel. The housekeeping of the room was terrible with used glasses left there for days. The a la carte breakfast promised much but failed to deliver, poorly executed and very disappointing.We On a positive note Racquel in the bar and the lady who served breakfast in the bar were excellent

Great hotel, lovely room, breakfast buffet fantastic, rooftop terrace a bonus, Central location, service in bar was very slow at times but it wouldn't put me off, would definitely stay again due to its location and service overall, staff very helpful
