The location is great. It is in the core of Bilbao New Town. There is a parking lot just one or two streets away. It is very convenient. The overall decoration of the hotel is simple, warm and classy. It has been renovated in recent years. However, the overall facilities of the building are old. , it is still inevitable that you can smell something similar to kerosene in the bathroom, it should be the hot water system. The restaurant downstairs is very delicious, stylish and slightly less cost-effective. The rooftop view is beautiful and the bartending is great.

lovely experience at the Autograph, staff was really friendly and the location was perfect - you could walk to many places. there are food available in the late night in the vicinity as well. the rooftop bar has a great view for an afternoon cerveza! room was comfortable and had sufficient space for 2 person.

Looks very classy, but is let down by service and finish. Parking was requested during the booking, but on arrival was told that it was full and would have to go elsewhere. Multiple faults with the room (A/C, TV, safe), which should have been checked.
Overall, there are better hotels to stay in Bilbao if a similar price point.

This hotel should have rated much better but it had allusions of grandness but fell short in two key areas. First the positives. The room was large and well fitted out and the location very central. To the negatives. Check in was a mess. As an Elite Bonvoy member we advised we were arriving early and did so at Noon. By 3;15 pm we managed to check in with no clarity of when the room would be available until a more senior male manager stepped in. We understand Rooms take time to clean and get ready, but someone must know what the cleaning schedule is and communicate. The second issue was essentially useless internet connection; it just did not work. Not one of Marriott's best.

Location: Great location in the heart of things, ensure you’re on the back if you may want the window open on a weekend. Staff: friendly and helpful Room: a/c really didn’t work well, maintenance came and ‘fixed it’ but didn’t make a different. We slept with the window open, would be a problem in warmer times. Room clean and comfy beds, very thick pillows but we asked for others and they were good. Carpet and bathroom a little dated. Like the extra door between the room and the bathroom corridor for noise reduction. Shower worked well, lots of hot water. All the usual amenities. Breakfast: 2 options. The a la carte brunch was much better than the buffet in our opinion but buffer had a good selection. Nice that bunch is served later for those who like to rise later! Over all would stay again if they sorted the a/c out.
