1. 該酒店與預訂訊息不一致，同一地址酒店名稱不同。
2. 酒店前台盜取信用卡訊息，私自留下信用卡訊息，包括安全碼！！避雷！我已經掛失信用卡
3. 前台全程態度惡劣，令人作嘔
體驗：跟着導航找不到店，進去問，前台説不知道平台這家酒店。後面讓他再三確認，發現有預訂訊息。訂了單人房，床是0.8*1.8米，根本住不了兩人。朋友幫我拿行李，明確説明朋友不會留住，仍不讓上樓。在樓下大堂等候便開始轟人，説朋友在就要多收房費，説要報警恐嚇。和她爭辯，結果直接盜刷我的信用卡！！！

Hotel muy acogedor, decorado con gusto, limpieza impecable, ubicación ideal para visitar la ciudad. Mención especial al personal de recepción, en particular al chico que nos hizo el check-in, muy amable y disponible.
Habitación luminosa, cama confortable, espacio para colgar prendas, baño muy limpio con una ducha ampia y productos de cortesía de buena calidad. Muy recomendado!!!

Surpreendido com a qualidade das instalações. Quarto extremamente confortável e limpo. Diárias a preços justíssimos. O único ponto negativo (que não é tão negativo) é que não tem elevador, se for com muitas malas, prepare-se!

Great stay. Airconditioning was very noisy so I turned it off. Other than that: good stay.
