They should specify that there is no hotel parking as such, but that they simply reimburse you for 10% of the nearest paid parking.
And it would have been nice to have air conditioning at 30-something degrees, and not just offer heating.

Mejor situado, imposible, en pleno casco viejo de Bilbao. Nosotros estuvimos en una habitación triple con vistas a la calle y a la catedral, que está al lado, y es una habitación amplia, de sobra para 2 adultos y 1 niño. Por decir algo, el baño está un poco viejo y el suelo cruje un poco al caminar, pero no son cosas que a nosotros nos haya supuesto ningún problema. Por las noches se puede descansar bien. Dispone de una pequeña sala común con máquinas de café y de vending, con microondas. Tiene acuerdos con dos parkings de los alrededores. Nosotros estuvimos en el de Arenal que está más cerca, y te dan una tarjeta con un 10% de descuento, con lo que te sale 24 horas de parking por 20€ aproximadamente. En resumen, muy recomendable si quieres alojarte en pleno casco viejo de Bilbao.

Hotel de 10. Excelente calidad-precio y muy buena ubicación. Lo mejor de todo el personal muy atento a todo. Tiene una pequeña sala común con microondas lo que viene muy bien si viajas con niños. Es verdad que la tarima chirría un poco al ser un edificio antiguo pero a nosotros desde luego no nos molestó en absoluto. Muy buena limpieza y la opción de reservar en un parking cercano mediante el hotel.
