We were frendly welcomed. The Room was clean. It's a Hostel, so dont expect and rate as being in a Waldorf Astoria.

The mattresses old, uncontrollable, tiny so you feel the springs on your back, overprice facility, very small bathroom with a dirty and so small shower even you move to water yourself. A big person even cannot fit on that shower. Really only good is the location.

Las tatjetas de entrada , del comedor y de la habitación son magnéticas y se invalidan constantemente, son defectuosas. No lo solucionan,por más que aviso de que me ha quedado en la calle de noche ,lloviendo sin poder entrar por las tarjetas defectuosas. Esto le ha pasado a más compañeros de mi habitación. Insto al hotel a solucionar inmediatamente este grave problema.

El sitio más sucio que me he encontrado. Hormigas, mosquitos y otro animales sin identificar en la habitación . Había una cantidad de moho en la ducha que no sé calcular muy bien los años que tenia. Según entré vimos el baño y la fauna del lugar decidimos irnos. Nos devolvieron la reserva, pero es que lo de este sitio es muy serio, no se como le permiten estar abierto.No paso una noche ahí aunque me den dinero.El recepcionista muy amable.

El hostal un 10/10. La relación calidad/precio inmejorable. A menos de 2 mins de la estación de metro de Deustu. Los de la recepción muy atentos y majísimos! Repetiremos sin duda la próxima vez que volvamos a Bilbao.

Uno de los mejores alojamientos calidad-precio de Bilbao (dado que el alojamiento en esta ciudad está cada vez más caro). La atención que hemos recibido en recepción un 10. Natalia ha sido muy atenta y amable. La zona del hostel está cerca de la boca de metro de Deusto, que queda a pocas paradas del centro.
