Everything was great, I asked for a personal detail upon arrival and they were happy to do it. Everything new and clean and the room larger than I expected. It is very well located in the historic center, with many typical bars around and the windows completely isolate the noise. I would repeat without a doubt, 100% recommended.

It is difficult for me to understand how the desire to offer the traveler that dream place where we all want to rest can be combined with a room in which the window cannot be opened due to the deafening noise of the ventilation machines in the premises with which shares the small backyard. A dream place in which the air is permeated by a constant smell of food that makes it impossible even for the towels to dry, towels that surprisingly are only changed (like the bed linen) if the kind traveler pays 2 euros for each piece . An interesting commi**ent to the environment that contrasts in a curious way with the need to have the air conditioning connected, if one does not want to die of suffocation. Anyway, after three days – at a rate of 120 euros per day – we will keep this place in our memory, so as not to be tempted to return.

Hotel located in the heart of Bilbao, on the first and fourth floor of an ancient building. You can access it through a code that they send via email. Equipped with all comforts, including a toothbrush and toothpaste kit, comb and razor. Clean, modern rooms with comfortable beds. Possibility to leave luggage before and after check in and check out. We didn't have breakfast included but they told us we could make coffee with pods easily. Despite the chaos down the street the room was soundproof. The girls who run the hotel are really helpful and kind. I absolutely recommend this place. There were 4 of us and we had a great time.

Located in the Casco Viejo, or the historic centre, which is a bit confusing and a bit sordid, but pleasant and full of restaurants and clubs. Continuous animation, guaranteed. Be careful because the address communicated is 131 Santamaria, but the house number you will find is 13. In a corner the same street is called Andrà Maria. In short, best wishes. Before arriving, on the same day, they will email you the codes to open the doors. In an envelope at the entrance you will find the key and number of your room. Clean, like the corridors, you will find pods of various coffees and herbal teas. My room overlooked a quiet and unpretentious courtyard. Average breakfast, on the fourth floor, in a welcoming and bright room. Noteworthy are the ancient wooden stairs and the glass elevator.

When we entered (via a code), no one was present. There was a key ready with our name on it. There was no information available where breakfast could be had the next day. Ultimately this turned out to be on the 4th floor. Our room was on the street side. The bars in the area are open at least until 3 am. In the morning, five trucks come every day to collect trash right below the window of the room. Between 3 and 6 am there is sometimes street noise. There was no other option than to close the window completely. However, there was no air conditioning in the room so it was much too hot. Result: before 3 am there was no sleep anyway. We could open the window between 3 and 4 am. From 6 o'clock in the morning the peace was again disturbed by garbage trucks. The breakfast was very basic. During breakfast we also had to constantly wait for something to be delivered. The staff refused to print an email because her boss would not allow this... Upon departure it turned out that the costs of breakfast had already been paid by the staff using the code of the credit card without being asked and without that an invoice was presented.
