I stayed in this brand hotel when I went to Milan before, and the service was good. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the old town. Great location for Euskalduna congress centre amd very central for the city too. Lots of places to eat and drink very nearby. Efficient professional staff. Big, comfortable and clean rooms. Very comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast selection.

Hotel comodo in posizione centrale, Camera pulita con tutto il necessario. Se amate dormire con la finestra aperta chiedete una camera sul retro. Colazione buona. Personale disponibile ed efficiente, Xavier alla reception molto gentile e veloce.

This was a very nice experience . It was a great experience . The rooms, the staff, the breakfast, everything was wonderful. Upon entering the hotel the staff asked every day how the trip had gone and if everything was okay. We feel cared for and the treatment is always very cordial and affectionate.
