Central Location: Perfect for exploring Bilbao's museums and attractions, many within walking distance. Modern Design: The hotel boasts a sleek, minimalist aesthetic with some guests comparing it to a modern art museum. Spacious Rooms: Even basic options offer ample space and amenities like Nespresso machines and flat-screen TVs. Excellent Breakfast: A highlight for many guests, with a wide variety of breakfast foods and attentive service. Helpful Staff: Staff are consistently praised for their friendly and helpful nature. Overall would highly rate this hotel, would definitely book again :)

Incredibly comfortable bed! Great bathroom. Lots of nice touches - toothbrushes, body lotion etc. The swimming pool and sauna are small but nice. The breakfast buffet is sensational. Staff are lovely. I’ve stayed in Bilbao a lot, but this is by far the best hotel I’ve been to.

Perfectly located down the street from Guggenheim close to shopping and restaurants. Super safe area. Wanted to see Guggenheim at night and felt very safe walking alone at 9 pm by the River. Helpful and respectful hotel/restaurant staff. Would definitely stay again.

This really was a top notch place to stay in Bilbao. The hotel was really nice and comfortable with lots of amenities. Close to the river, Guggenheim and downtown areas.

L’hôtel est indiqué comme un 5 étoiles, mais la chambre que nous avons eue releve au plus de 4 étoiles (petite, sentant un peu le renfermé, décoration triste, quelques accrocs non réparés dans le store..). Le petit déjeuner buffet est bien sans être exceptionnel. La « piscine » de par sa taille relève plus d’une grande baignoire à ciel ouvert. Bref un hôtel suranné qui souffre la comparaison
avec des hôtels plus modernes. Les points positifs : le parking en sous-sol et la proximité du musée Guggenheim. L’accueil est très bien, rien à redire côté réception.

Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable. Excelente ubicación. El desayuno ha estado genial, no faltaba de nada. Muy limpio y los productos de higiene, todos ellos de la marca Rituals hacen del hotel que sea 100% recomendable, ya viajes de ocio o por trabajo
